Blast Theory

As part of the Somabotics research programme, Blast Theory will make a new work exploring intimate, gentle touch between robots and humans. Together with the Somabotics research team, the artists will look at how we negotiate consent and trust. The work will build on Cat Royale (2023), a research collaboration with the University of Nottingham which explored the impact of AI on humans and animals.
